3. Professional Conduct
When engaging with our services and partners, you agree to:

- Treat farming communities and cooperatives with respect and cultural sensitivity
- Protect confidential information shared by us or partner organizations
- Refrain from making unrealistic promises or guarantees to producers
- Conduct due diligence before entering into commercial relationships
4. Prohibited Conduct
You expressly agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction or in Cambodia
- Infringe the rights of Mondulkiri Leaf or any third party
- Transmit any harmful or malicious code or content
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
- Harass, abuse, or harm any person or group
- Collect personal information without consent
- Use our services to compete with us or create derivative services
- Engage in predatory or exploitative practices with farming communities
5. Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mondulkiri Leaf, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
- Any misrepresentation or breach of warranties you provide
- Your business dealings with cooperatives or suppliers we introduce
- Any content or information you submit or transmit
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
1. Service Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim:
- Any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

- We are not responsible for the performance or non-performance of third-party suppliers
- We do not guarantee the availability of specific coffee volumes or quality grades
- We are not liable for disputes between you and producers or suppliers we introduce
- Commercial agreements are between you and the cooperative or supplier directly
- You assume all risks associated with sourcing relationships you establish
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mondulkiri Leaf shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our systems
- Damages from errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in service
- Damages arising from third-party conduct or content
- Damages from force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control
In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees you have paid for services in the six months preceding the claim, or USD 500, whichever is greater.
4. No Professional Advice
Our services are consultative and facilitative in nature:
- We do not provide legal, financial, or regulatory compliance advice

- You should consult appropriate professionals for legal and financial matters

Dispute Resolution
1. Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage parties to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Many disputes can be resolved through direct communication and mutual understanding. Please contact us with your concerns, and we will work toward a fair resolution.
2. Mediation

5. Headings
Section headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not govern the meaning or interpretation of any provision.
6. Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and dispute resolution procedures.
